This is the privacy policy for the website of Corsa Coal Corp. and its affiliated entities (“Corsa”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and associated Corsa websites.

  1. Affiliates within the Corsa corporate group. We may disclose your personal information to affiliates within our corporate group for the purposes contemplated in this privacy policy.

Corsa treats the information with a high degree of regard and awareness for the private nature of the data. Our primary objective is to maintain the integrity and security of the data. Corsa cannot guarantee secure transmission over this internet.

Our operations are global.  As a result, your personal information may be used, stored and/or accessed in countries outside of Canada, including the United States. However, all such information will be protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Please note that when your personal information is located outside of Canada it will be subject to the laws of the country in which it is situated.
