The Horning Mine began development in 2018 and began production in January 2019

Located near Somerset, Pennsylvania, the Horning Mine is expected to produce approximately 150,000 to 180,000 tons per year of high quality, low volatile metallurgical coal. This mine currently operates two shifts per day and employees approximately 40 full-time workers.
