Corsa Capital Ltd. Announces Name Change
April 27, 2011 – Toronto, Ontario: Corsa Capital Ltd. (“Corsa”) (TSXV: CSO) is pleased to announce that it has changed its name to Corsa Coal Corp. to more appropriately reflect its going-forward business operations. The name change was approved by Corsa’s board of directors and has been accepted by the TSX Venture Exchange. Trading in Corsa’s common shares will commence under its new name “Corsa Coal Corp.” with its current symbol “CSO” on the TSX Venture Exchange as of market open on April 27, 2011.
Holders of certificates in Corsa’s prior name are not required to take any action as a result of the name change.
